Love this kit and I know I will keep coming back to it because it so versatile! Also … I think I having a little love affair with template S lately. Just Sayin’.

Just a note : all the little embellishments were created by taking bits & pieces from the kit Journal Cards. I just “digitally” cut little circles or rectangles around the pieces that I wanted to use on my page. A few of the stamped words were simply extracted with the magic wand tool … like the LOVE stamp in white above. The only exception is the little white “makes me smile” stamp in the first sample page, which comes from the Stampin Up’ Everyday Adventures kit (as noted in the Supply Credits). Memory Keeping … new Digital Project Life and Dollar Days at Pixel & Co.

It’s July! Yay for summer! The kids finally got out of school last week and this is our first full week of summer vacation. We are taking it easy, and enjoying just chilling … with no schedule, no early morning wake-ups, and lots of down time. Life is good.

After a very hectic last few weeks, I am enjoying creating scrapbook pages again. I had not been on my computer much the last week or two and it feels great to open up Photoshop again.

If you are a Digital Project Lifer, then you have to check out the newly released Value Kits. Last week was the darling Enjoy Life Value Kit. This week it is the Good Times kit, on sale, of course. (psst: next week there will be a new Value kit too!) It is so versatile … with a black and white color scheme and chalkboard theme. I used it on this page, mixed with bits and pieces I cut out of Amy Tangerine’s Midnight Edition. I love the look of these two kits mixed together.

Looking ahead, this summer is shaping up to be a very busy one for me, at least as far as Memory Keeping goes! I’ve joined two new teams and will be sharing my pages here on my blog.

Creative Team Layout Tracker and Challenge Layout Tracker Freebies

Hello there! I don’t know about you, but sometimes I feel like being the Memory Keeper for my family can be quiet overwhelming. If you scrapbook digitally or traditionally with paper, there is a chance that you are either are on a Creative Team for a designer (or store) or that you regularly participate in challenges.

I do both … and I admit, keeping up with it all can be a challenge.

With my Creative Teams, I have to know which products are releasing when, the name of the page I created with the designer’s kit so I can easily find it when the kit goes live, and make sure I am uploading to all my galleries and social media in a timely matter. If you are on one team it can be daunting, if you are many … it can become quiet the task to manage it all!

I use this Creative Team Layout Tracker to keep my CT layouts organized.  I print a few out each month, punch holes into the side, and place into my binder.  I wanted to pass it along to you, in case you felt it could come in handy. It really has become a life saver for me! Click on the image to download.

Even though it is not a commitment to upload these layouts anywhere except for the store that is hosting the challenge, I do often like to include these layouts in my various galleries. This sheet helps me keep track of what challenges I need to complete, the deadline and the galleries that I want to upload them to. Oh my goodness … is time flying by or what? It is mid may and summer will be here before we know it. Spring has just been a whirl wind of activity.
